Jurors in the Caleb Flynn trial heard on Thursday, 24 September, that the former American Idol contestant allegedly told his mistress he wanted to kill his wife, Ashley Flynn, but 'not go to Hell' for it.

Alleigha Botner, 24, read the messages in court as prosecutors presented evidence against Flynn, 40, who has pleaded not guilty to one count of aggravated murder, multiple counts of murder, felonious assault, tampering with evidence and intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness.
