While Indiana Fever rookie guard Caitlin Clark is taking her time to adjust to the WNBA, hitting logo 3-pointers is automatically translating to her professional game.
During her team’s Saturday loss to the New York Liberty, Clark hit a few amazing 3-pointers from the floor logos, something she became famous for while playing at Iowa during her incredible college career.
Clark isn’t even a week into her first WNBA regular season, but she’s already proving why she’s one of the best pure scorers of her generation.
While the 91-80 loss is probably the biggest immediate takeaway for the Fever, Clark being able to score from beyond the arc in such a thrilling way has to be encouraging for the rookie. She had 22 points in total for the game.
Clark is going to be just fine as she gets used to playing in the pros. Everything won’t be like it was at Iowa right away, but her 3-point shot looks just as lethal as it always has.
