Café Lapérouse: high-profile Parisian import at the OWO closed after two years

The high-end Parisian restaurant Café Lapérouse, which opened at the £1 billion pound Old War Office building in Whitehall in 2023, has now closed, the Standard can reveal.

Café Lapérouse was one of the OWO’s statement restaurants when it launched two years ago. It was described as a “quintessential part of the Parisian dining scene” and one that can trace its name back to 1766.
