A Dublin cafe which closed a year and a half ago has reopened and found its forever home in Rathfarnham Shopping Centre after telling the devastating news that they were temporarily closing in 2021.
At the time they said that although they loved their current location they felt that they time had come to move to a bigger premises. They had been in business on Rathgar Road since 2016 and the closure was a devastating blow to the local community.
However they have gone further afield to the south side of Dublin and are happy to be re-opening in Rathfarnham.

They said in an Instagram post: "Good things come to those who wait. Exciting news! Fia has found a new home."
The cafe is mostly well known for its coffees, sweet treats and delicious toasties. They said in their most recent post: "Cakes, coffees and sandwiches are flying out the door."
One person commented their delight at the cafes recent move. She said: "Delighted for Rathfarnham to finally get a decent cafe!", with another commenting: "this is the best news a Rathfarnham resident could hear."
The cafe is open every day from 8am to 5pm and can be found upstairs in the shopping centre.
