Cadbury has launched a new Dairy Milk trail mix range that chocolate fans are already calling "amazing".
The Cadbury Dairy Milk Fruitier and Nuttier range comes in both a regular and an orange flavour. Fans will receive a mix of raisins, sultanas, cranberries, roasted almonds and hazelnuts, as well as Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate buttons, all of which is dusted with cocoa powder.
As reported by Wales Online, the new chocolatey snacks can be found on the shelves in Tesco stores for £2.50.
Customers can pick either a 100g sharing bag or multipacks with three smaller pouches inside for on-the-go snacking. The new trail mix bags are also lower in sugar and saturated fat and higher in fibre and protein than an individual serving of Cadbury Dairy Milk Fruit & Nut Chocolate.
Paola Cassinelli, Marketing Lead at Mondelēz International, said: "We are thrilled to unveil Cadbury Fruitier & Nuttier, a delicious new way to enjoy the great taste of Cadbury Dairy Milk.
"Our product developers have been hard at work creating a snack that is packed full of fruit and nut, that still allows chocolate lovers to enjoy a sweet treat whether they are out and about or sharing a bag at home with loved ones.
"We can’t wait to hear what our fans think of this latest addition to the Cadbury range.”
Newfoodsuk shared the news of the launch on their Facebook page, with one commenter saying: "These are already on my shopping list for Tesco."
Another said: "Omg need these in my life, dairy milk buttons with fruit and nut mixed in. Sound amazing yum!" A third added: "I need these."
