Cadbury Flake too crumbly for 99 cones, say ice cream sellers

British ice cream sellers have complained that Cadbury Flakes have become too crumbly for 99 ice creams.

Vendors allege that quality of the chocolate has plummeted since manufacture of them were moved to Egypt, making them too crumbly to use in 99 ice cream cones.
