New York Jets linebacker CJ Mosley is in good spirits, but he admits he’s unsure of his status for his team’s upcoming game.
Earlier this week, New York head coach Robert Saleh mentioned that Mosley’s health is a day-to-day situation. The coach added the Jets don’t want his toe injury to “become a problem.”
In terms of the player himself, Mosley does not sound ready to rush back into the lineup either.
“I’m feel pretty good,” Mosley said. “Not much I can do for that area.”
So far this week, Mosley has not practiced. His game-time status has not yet been released by the team but from the sounds of it Mosley could end up being listed as questionable. If he improves by Saturday, the 32-year-old could be active for the first time since Week 2.
