Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer BYD has commenced the construction of a new manufacturing complex in Brazil, marking a significant milestone in the company's expansion efforts in South America.
The manufacturing complex, located in Campinas, Sao Paulo, will cover an area of 500,000 square meters and is expected to become one of the largest electric vehicle production facilities in the region. The complex will house production lines for electric buses, trucks, and passenger vehicles, showcasing BYD's commitment to sustainable transportation solutions.
