Edinburgh Honey Co is collaborating with Gorgie Farm to offer an exclusive beekeeping experience in Edinburgh.
The farm operates as LOVE Gorgie Farm and is run under the social care charity LOVE Learning.

Already offering a wide range of learning experiences and will now be able to add beekeeping to the list.
As the bee colony for the popular honey business is moving to a permanent residence of Gorgie Farm, this has opened up a new unusual attraction area for the company to play with.
Plans are to allow visitors to learn about the bee’s and there is even mention of an exclusive Beekeeping Experience available.
Edinburgh Honey Co shared the details on social media. They wrote:
“Dear Honey Monsters! If you are up for some beekeeping we have some great news for you!
“Edinburgh Honey Co and LOVE Gorgie Farm will be teaming up to organize a Beekeeping Experience where each one of you - Honey Monsters will have a chance to spend some time with our Bee Sisters and Andy in a great Gorgie farm environment - we are so happy our bee sisters will join the rest of Gorgie farm animals!
“We will have a chance to visit the hives together and will dive deep into the bee colony - to see and learn about bee colony, how long a bee queen lives, and most important of all - how bees make honey and so much more!
