Busted land Saturday Night takeaway role with Ant and Dec amid ticket scramble for reunion tour

Busted will be back on a primetime TV this weekend as fans scramble to get their hands on tickets for their reunion tour. And they'll be watched by millions, as they have been confirmed as the End of the Show Show act for the Saturday Night Takeaway.

Last week there was great excitement when Charlie Simpson, James Bourne and Matt Willis announced that they'd be reforming to embark on a huge arena tour this year, as well as releasing an album of reworked tracks from the Busted back catalogue. Fresh from Charlie's win as Rhino on The Masked Singer, the Year 3000 stars with hit the road to play to fans across the country.

Pre-sale tickets for Busted's tour went on sale on Wednesday, with fans rushing to get them before the general sale. And interest in the tour is set to spike even further, now they've been revealed to be joining Ant and Dec on this weekend's Takeaway. Charlie, James and Matt will follow in the footsteps of Tom Grennan, Jake Shears and the Frozen cast to close the show.
