Enflame Technology prepares for IPO
Shanghai Enflame Technology Co. Ltd., a major Chinese graphics processing unit (GPU) company, will hold its preliminary IPO price consultation Friday and open for subscription on Sept. 2.
The company plans to issue 43 million shares, representing 10% of its total equity post-issuance, to list on Shanghai’s STAR Market.
SASAC pushes for 6G development
The State Council’s State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) held a meeting to promote the 6G industry among central state-owned enterprises.
The meeting emphasized addressing technical vulnerabilities, driving foundational breakthroughs in key technologies and components and building a secure and stable 6G supply chain.
It also called for incubating application scenarios, integrating 6G with the real economy, establishing a first-mover advantage in the application ecosystem and accelerating the realization of a commercialization cycle for 6G.
