A Nottingham city centre junction which had been closed after a collision involving a bus and a pedestrian has reopened. Emergency services were called to a collision between a bus and a pedestrian shortly after 2pm on Wednesday, November 23 on Parliament Street outside of the Victoria Centre.
Officers put in place a cordon between Glasshouse street and Milton Street which remained until the road was reopened at around 7.30pm. Preparations to remove the vehicle involved in the collision were pictured, with the bus pulled away from the scene by a tow truck.
Police said one woman was injured but that her condition is currently unknown. Severe travel disruptions were caused by the closure, with a number of bus diversions put in place.

“We were called shortly after 2pm today (November 23), to reports of a collision between a bus and a pedestrian. One woman is reported to be injured but her condition is currently unknown.
