Burger King to give out 1000 free Whoppers at new Ayrshire restaurant tomorrow

Burger King is giving away 1,000 free Whoppers to foodies at its newest Ayrshire restaurant tomorrow.

The fast-food giant is marking the arrival of its second Ayr store with the very generous giveaway.

The new Heathfield Retail Park spot opens tomorrow joining the well established High Street branch in the town with the new unit handing out their iconic burger for nothing.

The deal is first-come-first-served and available exclusively via the Burger King app tomorrow only. Customers simply have to open the app and go to the ‘Offers’ section to find the deal.

Alasdair Murdoch, CEO of Burger King UK, said : “We know the people of Ayr love the great-tasting food of Burger King, so we’ve listened to their requests and are very excited to bring all their favourites to their neighbourhood. Our home – of the Whopper! – is their home.”

A spokesperson for Burger King said: "The new Ayr Burger King restaurant has finally arrived and to celebrate, the branch is giving away 1,000 FREE Whoppers via the Burger King app.

Whoppers will be handed out tomorrow for free (Burger King)

"It’s a good day for burger fans. After months of anticipation, Burger King has officially opened another set of doors in Ayr, becoming the latest home of the Whopper and giving the town’s much-loved High Street branch a sibling.

"What’s more, the brand new branch will be giving away 1,000 FREE Whoppers to lucky locals as part of a one-of-a-kind ‘Whopper Wednesday’ deal.

"But Whopper fans will have to be quick if they want to get their hands on the iconic flamed-grilled treat.

"For those not quick enough to secure themselves one of the free burgers up for grabs – fear not. The Burger King app also includes countless other great value offers, including £1.99 Whoppers available at every Burger King branch every Wednesday, all year round."
