‘Bully’ told to pay £60,000 in west London parking feud

A “bullying” accountant has been ordered to pay £60,000 compensation to his neighbours after blighting their lives with his “selfish” parking.

Ivan Soares, 53, and his neighbours have been locked in a bitter dispute over a “few feet” of parking space since 2015, with the Kothari family next door complaining of consistent bad parking.
