Buffy and Gossip Girl star Michelle Trachtenberg's cause of death revealed

Michelle Trachtenberg’s cause of death has officially been confirmed almost two months after her shock passing aged 39.

Trachtenberg, who was best known for her roles in TV shows Gossip Girl and Buffy the Vampire Slayer was found unconscious and unresponsive by her mother in her New York apartment in February.
