BTS, the global K-pop group is back to take over the world after nearly four years of hiatus. Fans of the artists across the world have been prepping up their dance steps and stocking up on the light sticks as the group gears up for its first live performance in three years and nine months.
The group will be returning with a special livestream event on Netflix, giving fans across the world an experience of their magic in real time. Here's how the UAE Army can tune in to watch it.
When does the BTS livestream begin in the UAE?
The livestream is scheduled to be broadcast from Seoul on March 21st at 8 pm (Korean Standard Time). With the UAE being five hours behind South Korea, ARMY in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the Emirates will be able to watch the livestream at 3 pm Gulf Standard Time (GST). So fans may want to log in early and prepare their watch parties before the stream begins.
How to watch the BTS livestream?
If you have access to Netflix's platform, watching the livestream will be a straightforward event. Here are some steps you must follow:
- Begin with an active Netflix subscription. The livestream is accessible for anyone with a valid Netflix account. No additional tickets or pay-per-view purchase is required.
- Log in to your account and search for the event: 'BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG' on the homepage or the search bar.
- Ensure that you tune in before the start time. The event can be viewed on TV, laptops, tablets and smartphones depending on your package.
The trailer for the event was launched recently with band members RM, Jin, V, J-Hope, Jimin, Jungkook and Suga having shot the stunning segment at the Gwanghwamun Square and inviting fans to “witness the homecoming” as they get set to take over the global stage once again, after a long hiatus. The event coincides with the release of the group's fifth studio album, ARIRANG dropping on March 20th.
Make the event into a party, just like every other concert. Get your BTS merch, wave your light sticks, munch on snacks and dance along to every tune that every ARMY fan remembers by heart.
