BT begins building new Dundee call centre

BT Group has begun construction of a multi-million pound call centre in Dundee, which should employ around 1,000 workers.

The new office forms part of Dundee’s £1bn regeneration area, and will be located at West Marketgait, close to the central waterfront.

The building is expected to be completed in 2024 and will be one of BT’s 30 locations in the UK.
