Jockey Bryony Frost was hit with more bad luck on Saturday after a wayward run aboard Sir Psycho saw her taken to hospital with a 'suspected broken collarbone'.
The 27-year-old smashed shoulder-first into the turf following a chaotic start to the Excel Signs Novices' Limited Handicap Chase. Six-year-old Sir Psycho looked nervy from the beginning and veered right at the first fence, then repeated the error to unseat Frost at the second.
Sir Psycho's crash into the rail just before the third fence caused a 20-minute delay as stewards made repairs. Jockey Kielan Woods powered home to take the win atop favourite Harper's Brook.

Sky Sports Racing reported Frost was taken to Wrexham Hospital at the time, with no further updates on her condition as of Monday morning. The crash came not long after Frost returned from a six-month spell on the sidelines, having fractured her back and suffered a shoulder injury in April.
The Devon native announced her return to racing in early October and won the Eden Farm Hulleys Novices' Hurdle aboard Hurricane Bay on Friday. However, her fortunes took a considerable turn for the worse less than 24 hours later in Bangor.
Frost's fall immediately caused concern as she was slow to get up from the turf, while the exact extent of her injuries remains unknown. The first female jockey to win a Grade 1 race at the Cheltenham Festival has previously broken her collarbone on at least two occasions.
Racing fans showed an outpouring of support for Frost as one Twitter user wrote: "Best wishes Bryony. Get well and back in the saddle soon." Others commiserated with the Buckfastleigh-born star following another injury that threatens to keep her out of action for some time.
Her first pairing with Sir Psycho made for calamitous results, though Frost has found success with Paul Nicholls mounts already this season. She rode Frodon to victory in the Badger Beer Handicap Chase at Wincanton earlier in November.
Frost triumphed with another Nicholls-trained horse in Hermes Allen three weeks prior to that as the pair resumed a successful partnership. She won the National Hunt Maiden Hurdle with Hermes Allen on October 15, storming clear of the field by 27 lengths.
