A supermarket customer left a brutal handwritten review of a chicken ready meal on a note on the store shelf.
Another shopper spotted the piece of paper while browsing the refrigerator aisle at Woolies Marrickville Metro in Sydney's inner west.
The scathing review rated Coco Earth's Butter Chicken with Naan microwave meal.
It said: "Sauce OK. Chicken like eating old rope.
"Naan – inedible unless you like eating rubber. Same with Tikka."
The review was shared on Reddit, gaining much attention with some welcoming the shopper's decision to share his opinion.
"We need more of this," one commented.
Another added: "Can we please normalise this?"
Woolworths said that it encouraged customer feedback on its products.
A spokesperson told 7News.com.au : "We appreciate all customer feedback on our products and will be passing this on to the supplier.
"If customers ever have any feedback for our team, we encourage them to reach out to our Contact Centre or fill out the feedback form on our website."
