U.S. stock futures were mostly higher this morning, with the Nasdaq futures gaining around 150 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Bruker Corp (NASDAQ:BRKR) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company announced a $600 million public offering.

Bruker shares tumbled 9.8% to $29.98 in the pre-market trading session.

• Pearson plc (NYSE:PSO) fell 4% to $13.99 in pre-market trading.
• Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:MLYS) declined 4% to $27.72 in pre-market trading as the company announced the pricing of upsized $250.0 million underwritten public offering of common stock.
• Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group Inc (NYSE:SMFG) fell 3.5% to $15.90 in pre-market trading.
• Pearson PLC (NYSE:PSO) fell 3.2% to $14.10 in pre-market trading.
• Torm PLC (NYSE:TRMD) fell 3% to $21.24 in pre-market trading.
