The question mark surrounding quarterback Deshaun Watson’s health has loomed over the Cleveland Browns all off-season. After shoulder surgery ended his season in November, the team has played it safe with his workload during OTAs and mandatory minicamp.
On the last day of minicamp, fans got to see Watson air the ball out and throw it deep downfield, and it looked good when doing it. We are less than two weeks away from training camp, and Watson has dropped a workout video on social media that shows more progress.
Of course, this video is against air and not in pads, but Watson looks healthy shoulder-wise ahead of training camp. The Browns want to make a deep run in the playoffs and compete for a Super Bowl, and if they’re going to do that, Watson has got to return to Top 10 form for them in 2024.
Cleveland reports for training camp on July 22 for rookies and the 23rd for the veterans.
