The Cleveland Browns’ old-school helmet logo is on its way out, and with their effort to pick the best new design underway, the team turned to its players to choose which option they think suits their brand the best.
In a video posted to Twitter on Friday some of the Browns’ biggest stars, including newly acquired edge rusher Za’Darius Smith, weighed in on the matter after careful deliberation on their way off the field from practice.

Asked to put a sticker next to their favorite of two options for Cleveland’s new canine-themed logo, players had various opinions, with consensus on a top choice proving to be difficult to find after cornerback Mike Ford did his best to game the system, moving his teammates’ votes from one design to the other.
However, after the final tally was taken, the second logo won the team vote with 35 out of 59 stickers stuck to the more jowly design.
