The hits just keep coming for the Cleveland Browns. While left tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. was eligible to come off of Injured Reserve last week, he now will not be coming off at all. His season is over as he has undergone arthroscopic knee surgery (according to Bleacher Report’s Jordan Schultz).
Wills has now become the third Cleveland offensive tackle to hit season-ending IR. First, it was Jack Conklin who suffered a significant injury in the first game of the season, and now both Wills and rookie Dawand Jones have seen their season come to an end this week due to knee injuries.
Geron Christian has started since Wills went on IR following the Week 9 win against the Arizona Cardinals. He and James Hudson III will start the rest of the way out for the Browns at the tackle positions as they look to solidify their spot in the postseason down the stretch.
