The final injury report dropped by the Cleveland Browns and San Francisco 49ers has been released as the two teams get set for war on Sunday at 1 P.M. at Cleveland Browns Stadium. Notably not playing for the Browns in this one are starting quarterback Deshaun Watson and All-Pro guard Joel Bitonio. Added late in the week and also ruled out in this one as well, however, is rookie wide receiver Cedric Tillman.
The Browns listed two as questionable in this game as well, while the 49ers also listed two as questionable entering this Week 6 matchup. The Browns will be starting backup quarterback P.J. Walker in this game, already putting them at a serious disadvantage against one of the premier teams in the league.
Here is the full injury report the Browns provided on Friday, most notably without Myles Garrett on it despite being in a boot after the Ravens game.
