The brother of Peter Tobin victim Dinah McNicol said he was 'gutted' following the beast's death - because he wanted the monster to 'suffer in agony for eternity.'
The serial killer was serving three life sentences for the murders of Dinah, 18, Vicky Hamilton, 15, and 23-year-old Angelika Kluk, died just after 6am last Saturday – three years after being diagnosed with cancer. He was 76.
It is believed that Tobin will be cremated and there will be no funeral, unless a relative claims his remains.
