Although the big day isn't until next week, Brooklinen's Fourth of July Sales are already starting. There's 20% off everything, site-wide, and up to 30% off with bundling. You could score sheets, shams, quilts, and comforters for hundreds of dollars less than their listing price and kit out your linen closet while you're at it.
Brooklinen products populate our bedding buying guides, and for good reason – they feel good, keep cool, wash well, and dry quick. Plus, they come in all the standard sizes and a whole host of cute colors, patterns and prints. Whatever the style of your bedroom or the size of your budget, you'll find something you like at Brooklinen.
Still, with so much on sale for so little, it's easy to feel spoiled for choice. That's where I come in. I'm H&G's resident sleep writer, and I spent many a happy hour combing through the Brooklinen bedding sales to bring you the best bits. I've rounded up all the old faithfuls, from their Percale Sheet Set to their Down Comforter, alongside some new arrivals to pique your interest.
Brooklinen Sales − What to shop
Many of the items in the Brooklinen Fourth of July sale are tried and tested by a member of our expert team for comfort, cooling, and cost. Where we haven't been able to get our hands on a product, we've scoured the specifications and read countless customer reviews to make sure we're recommending the best bedding.
Luxe sheet sets

You'd be forgiven for thinking that percale is a type of material, but it's actually a kind of weave: one thread over, one thread under, leaving plenty of room for air to flow through the sheets. Percale sheets feel crisp and cool, so they make the best bed sheets for summer, especially in this sweet striped style.
Was $102.00, now $65.28 at Brooklinen
As a hot sleeper, I couldn't sleep under a flat sheet in the height of summer. It feels like a waste to invest in a three-piece cooling sheet set, knowing that I'm not going to use it. Brooklinen's 'No Flat Sheet Sets' are designed for people like me.
Was $179.00, now $143.20 at Brooklinen
Forget everything you think you know about flannel. This material isn't stuffy and scratchy. Brooklinen flannel is lightweight, just 140 GSM, the same sort of weight as airy organza or plain cotton. There are plenty of air pockets to regulate your temperature, all year round.
Cooling comforters
Was $199.00, now $159.20 at Brooklinen
For natural cooling and a lot of loft, there's nothing like real down. The Brooklinen Down Comforter is filled with clusters of duck and goose feathers, ethically sourced from Hutterite farms, and certified hypoallergenic by DOWNMARK. It's the best comforter for hot sleepers and anyone with sensitive skin.
Was $159.00, now $127.20 at Brooklinen
Perhaps you're allergic to feathers, or you prefer to purchase vegan products. In that case, I suggest you switch to the Brooklinen Down Alternative Comforter. Each insert is filled with recycled polyethylene, repurposing old plastic bottles to make vegan bedding.
Was $349.00, now $279.20 at Brooklinen
I'm an anxious sleeper who suffers from sleep paralysis, but the Brooklinen Weighted Comforter gets my seal of approval. That's because the weight is evenly distributed throughout the entire comforter, so it never applies too much pressure to a particular part of your body.
Save big on bundles
Was $434.00, now $295.12 at Brooklinen
Linen is the best bet for hot sleepers. Loosely woven from hollow flax, there's plenty of room for air to flow through the material, carrying heat away from your body and out of your bed. Rumpled and rustic, linen has a lovely, lived-in look that's perfect for summer.
Was $363.00, now $232.32 at Brooklinen
You get real bang for your buck at Brooklinen. When you shop their Fourth of July sales, you could pick up a flat sheet, a fitted sheet, a duvet cover, and no fewer than four pillowcases, woven from long-staple cotton into super-smooth sateen, for less than $35 per piece.
Was $596.00, now $405.28 at Brooklinen
Perhaps you've moved across the country, or you're buying your first home, and you're looking to kit out your linen closet. With a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a duvet cover, and four pillowcases, the Classic Percale Move-In Bundle delivers everything you need to get started.
Pick up a new pillow
Was $109.00, now $87.20 at Brooklinen
This pillow comes in three comfort levels to support all sleep positions. I'd recommend the Plush pillow for side sleepers who appreciate extra cushioning for their neck and shoulders. The Firm pillow feels more supportive for back and stomach sleepers, and the Mid-Plush pillow is ideal for everybody in between.
Was $65.00, now $52.00 at Brooklinen
To date, the Marlow Pillow is the best pillow I've ever tested. Lined with two zippers, one at the top and one at the bottom, it's totally adjustable for custom comfort: all you need to do is push and pull the zippers to let air into and out of the pillow until it reaches your ideal firmness and feel.
Was $59.00, now $47.20 at Brooklinen
The Brooklinen Mulberry Silk Pillowcase was already affordable. With this deep discount in the Fourth of July sales, it's officially the best silk pillowcase for buyers on a budget. I like the look of stripes for summer, but you could keep it classic with ivory or blush.
Brooklinen and Marlow Sleep Week Sales FAQs
Is Brooklinen worth the money?
I think so, yes. As specialist sleep stores go, Brooklinen is on the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for: premium fabrics; expert craftsmanship; and a wide range of products. I like to think of Brooklinen as a one-stop shop for all things bedding and bath. One of their Move-In Bundles could kit out your whole linen closet and leave enough left over for the guest room.
When does Brooklinen have sales?
Fairly regularly. Whenever there's a federal holiday, you can bet that Brooklinen are running some sort of sale. I found the deepest discounts on Black Friday, with more than 30% off site-wide, but you could still save 20% on Presidents' Day.
The Brooklinen Fourth of July sales are running for 10 days, from 28 June to 7 July. If you're smart about it, you could save hundreds of dollars on the best bedding and bath linen.
Final thoughts
Brooklinen is one of the best places to buy bedding, but it's not the only store running seasonal sales. Head to Bloomingdale's to save big in the luxury bedding sales, with deep discounts on Frette, Sferra, and Matouk.
