Brooke Vincent tells fiancé 'we're finished' after nightmare before new big job

Brooke Vincent has told her fiancé "we're finished" after she has a nightmare before starting her new big job.

The former Corrie actress took to her Instagram page to explain that she had been locked out of her house while her partner was still sound asleep.

The star was left fuming when she had planned to have a productive morning before she began her new job on Hits Radio’s evening show.

Brooke is stepping in for fellow actress Gemma Atkinson whilst she goes on maternity leave to have her second baby.

She landed the job after going up against other famous faces and also hosting specials of the show before.

She will be on air every weekday from Manchester as she presents alongside Mike Toolan.

However, Brookes first day didn't go to plan as she explained on Instagram that she had got locked out of the house after taking her children to nursery.

Posting a photo of her from outside the house, she wrote: "First day of my new job, I thought I'll drop the kids at nursery. I'll come home. I'll put a wash on, I'll be really productive, put some washing away... got back. Locked out."

She then explained that her fiancé Kean Bryan was still asleep inside the house despite her efforts to wake him up.

She added: "Kean meanwhile is upstairs in bed! Blissfully asleep!!!!

"I've thrown balls at the window... Banged on the door! Banged on the window with the brush... nothing. ZILTCH. So now I'm sat here in the sun outside boiling because I'm in a hoodie... It can only get better."

Keeping her followers posted about what was going on, she posted a follow-up video which she captioned: "Happy Monday guys. First 9 hours of being 31... it's not for me! Take me back to 30."

Brooke then said: "The most annoying thing about this whole situation, bar the fact I'm in a hood [and] I'm absolutely boiling, is the fact that I've been 10 minutes. It's been 10 minutes since me and the kids left to go to nursery and I don't understand.

"I've thrown balls at the window, I've banged on the window with a brush, I've banged on the door front and back, I've shouted his name. I don't understand how somebody is so blissfully asleep that they can't hear that. I don't get it. I don't get it at all. I don't think that's normal. I don't think it's that that's normal that you are not that aware of your surroundings that you can't hear that.

"I'm really mad. I'm really mad at him. I hope he's having an awful dream."

Finishing off the nightmare, Brooke said she had gone to her auntie's house while her partner slept.

She said: "I know people find this really funny but it's really annoying. I find it really, really annoying.

"Stuff like that really annoys me. Anyway, I'm not sitting in the garden, I've come to my Auntie's for a brew.

"Kean if you see this with all the 15,000 missed calls, we're finished."
