Brooke Vincent shares loved-up new snap of herself with fiancé Kean Bryan after announcing engagement

Coronation Street favourite Brooke Vincent has been showered with congratulations after sharing the happy news that she and her partner Kean Bryan are engaged. The mum-of-two, who has two sons with West Bromwich Albion footballer Kean, announced that the couple were getting married with a sweet Instagram post on Thursday.

"Coming soon ...the Bryans," Brooke, 29, wrote with an engagement ring and church emoji. The actress has now shared a new snap of herself and Kean, 25, toasting their engagement on Instagram as she thanked well-wishers.

Smiling in a pink off-the-shoulder top and jeans the ITV soap's Sophie Webster actress sat alongside her man as they both held a glass of pink fizz. She wrote: "Mrs B to be Thank you to everybody who has messaged and shown us love 17/04/22."

And a host of famous friends flocked to congratulate the pair. Former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks star Gemma Atkinson wrote: "Ahh congratulations!!! How lovely" and Sally Carman who plays Coronation Street favourite Abi Franklin cheered: "Marvellous!"

Bhavna Limbachia who played Rana Habeeb in Corrie said: "Huge congratulations to you both xx", Maria Windass actress Samia Longchambon exclaimed: "Gorgeous! Congratulations Brooke" and Sally Ann Matthews, who plays Rovers Return landlady Jenny Connor told them: "You beauties x."

Katie McGlynn, who played Sinead Osbourne, reacted with a love heart and love heart-eyes emoji. And Paula Lane who played Kylie Platt told them: "Wonderful news xxxx" And former Emmerdale star Sheree Murphy said: "Congratulations love birds."

Audenshaw actress Brooke and Kean, who first started dating in 2016, welcomed their second child Monroe last year. Brooke posted a sweet clip, set to the Labrinth and Emilie Sande track Beneath Your Beautiful, showing a drawing of handprints on paper.

It started with those of their sons Mexx, two, and almost-one year old Monroe before Kean's handprint appeared. Lastly appeared Brooke's hand outline with a ring on one of her fingers. Next to her handprint it read: "Mrs Bryan to be".

"So happy love you," Helen Flanagan, who played Brooke's on-screen sister Rosie Webster, commented. And Brooke's real-life cousin, Ellie Leach also shared her joy at the news. "Soooooooo happy," she commented underneath Brooke's post.

The star is no longer under contract with Corrie but the door has been left open for her character to return after Sophie left in the back of a taxi in October 2019.

Brooke is currently enjoying spending time being mum to her two boys and has admitted to not quite knowing when she'll come back to Corrie. "I’m just being a mum and getting myself back and trying to get us into a routine and focusing on them," she told the Daily Star last year. "It’s kind of a decision that we made as a family and it’s just nice to have that special time with them without having major distractions of what’s been going on."
