Brooke Vincent looks stunning at her 30th birthday bash as she's surprised by Ryan Thomas

Coronation Street star Brooke Vincent was the belle of the ball at her 30th birthday celebrations as she partied in a showstopping fringe-detail dress. The soap's Sophie Webster looked a world away from the cobbles as she ramped up the glam in her glitzy outfit.

Brooke, who celebrated her age milestone last week on June 4, invited her nearest and dearest to help her celebrate. The mother-of-two's party was a night after she and her fiancé Kean Bryan attended the Alicia Keys concert at the AO Arena.

She was surprised by former Jason Grimshaw actor Ryan Thomas, who took a night away from newborn dad duties after welcoming a baby girl with fiancée Lucy Mecklenburgh. Ryan shared an emotional black and white video clip on his Instagram Stories of the pals sharing an embrace.

"Sometimes you have to make the effort for people you love and it wasn't worth my life letting @brookevincent down," he wrote. His brother Adam Thomas, who starred in Emmerdale and has recently launched his second restaurant in Stockport, was also at the bash with his wife Caroline.

Emmerdale star Isabel Hodgins, who plays Victoria Sugden in the ITV soap, was also among the partygoers and Charley Webb, who starred in the Dales as Debbie Dingle. Brooke's first birthday celebration took place last week with a visit to swanky restaurant The Ivy in Manchester.

The actress, from Audenshaw, shared video clips on Instagram of her being greeted with a lounge filled with balloons, gifts and cake on her special day. And she posted photos of herself with her loved-ones standing next to the giant light-up numbers 30 and photos of Brooke through the ages.

Brooke hasn't been seen on-screen after leaving to go on maternity leave while pregnant with first son Mexx, who was born in October 2019. The star and her fiancé Kean Bryan welcomed their second son Monroe in May last year.

Sophie's exit storyline was that she had gone off travelling. "I left (the show) to have my first little boy and then I always knew I wanted my children close together so then I had my other little boy, and I'm just being a mum at the minute," she told the Daily Star previously.

“Anybody that’s got children will tell you how hard it is to even to put the washing in the washing machine. So yeah, I’m just being a mum and getting myself back and trying to get us into a routine and focusing on them. It’s kind of a decision that we made as a family and it’s just nice to have that special time with them without having major distractions of what’s been going on."
