The former Coronation Street actress spent a fun-filled weekend with her sons, Mexx and Monroe, which started with a trip to a new outdoor inflatable park.
Brooke, who is famed for playing Sophie Webster in the ITV soap was there to cut the ribbon and officially declare Open Air Bounce open on Saturday (April 1) and enjoyed a play on the equipment with her toddlers.
She was then joined by her footballer fiance Kean Bryan on Sunday (April 2) as the family of four headed to Otterspool Adventure where they got to meet the Easter bunny. They posed with the egg-bearing character for a sweet snap which Brooke posted to her Instagram page.

"It was lovely to meet @otterspooladventure Easter Bunny," the 30-year-old started the caption of her post before recalling the moment which has left her fans and followers giggling. "Especially when Mexx shouted 'Liverpool in the bin' once the bunny confirmed he was a Liverpool fan & not a United fan," she hilariously added.
@wheelslj said: "Love Mexx. I would have to agree with him." @spjkelly70 replied: "He's honest, you taught him well." @claire_bear_bunch wrote alongside a string of crying laughing emojis: "Stop it!!!! Love that!!!!"
Brooke's busy weekend comes after she opened up to her fans ahead of her youngest son's Monroe's second birthday. The former soap star was praised as she shared the honest message about being a mum to two boys with just and 18-month age gap. Brooke announced in April 2019 that she was pregnant with her first child with her now-fiance Kean Bryan.
Mexx S J Bryan made his arrival into the world in October of the same year and just over a year later, in November 2020, Brooke announced she was pregnant with her second child, Monroe, who was born in May 2021.
Sharing an adorable picture of Mexx planting a loving kiss on a then baby Monroe, Brooke penned: "This picture," before continuing: "I could cry at this picture. I remember the time so clearly, yet the days are merged into one big ball of chaotic love.
"Monroe was around 2 months old and Mexx 18 months. That time when they couldn’t be alone for even a second. I never remember exactly what happened on the days when I look back at pictures I just remember it being an utter circus. Not much has changed to be honest.
"I speak to friends who have this age gap and I laugh and say it doesn’t get any easier. The truth is their nuisance antics that stress me out daily are not a patch on the love and happiness they bring to me. Time goes so fast! TOO fast!! I’m nearly crying at the fact Monroe turns 2 in two months."
"Fact is.. I was winging it then, just like I have today so when I say not much has changed that’s exactly what I mean. She then added: "To the mums that message me daily about their children’s antics and their similar age gap.. we’re all in the chaos together."
Former Corrie and Emmerdale star Hayley Tamaddon was among the first to respond to the message, writing: "You are an incredible mum. And an honest mum on social media. And that’s what other mamas need. Love you." And Brooke's fans and followers were also sharing messages.
