Broncos roster series: No. 75, OL Quinn Bailey

Broncos Wire’s 90-man offseason roster series continues today with a look at fifth-year offensive lineman Quinn Bailey, No. 75.

Before the Broncos: Bailey (6-6, 323 pounds) played college football at Arizona State, making 43 appearances (34 starts) with the Sun Devils. He earned honorable mention All-Pacific-12 Conference recognition as a redshirt senior before entering the NFL draft.

Broncos tenure: Bailey went undrafted in 2019 and signed with the Broncos as a college free agent. After beginning the season on Denver’s practice squad, Bailey was promoted to the active roster for the final game of his rookie season.

Bailey spent most of the 2020 season on the Broncos’ practice squad as well, making one appearance in his second season. He then played in four games in 2021. Last year, Bailey dressed for eight games and earned the first start of his career.

Chance to make the 53-man roster: Behind Cam Fleming, Bailey will likely be one of the top candidates to serve as a backup swing tackle in 2023. Bailey can also play as a guard and that positional flexibility will help his chances of making the team. Bailey won’t be a lock, but he should have decent odds to make the 53-man roster as a versatile backup this summer.
