Brokerage launched to capitalise on North East merger and acquisition activity

Two long time business partners have launched a brokerage offering services to businesses in the process of buying or selling in the region.

Ben Quaintrell, managing director of Darlington's My Property Box, and solicitor and former player and academy coach at Darlington FC Chris Sanders have launched MPB Corporate will help owners value and market their businesses.

Darlington-based MPB is the latest venture for the pair, who have launched 20 businesses between them.
