In need of some new threads you won’t be over in a year? You’ve got to check out Brixton’s Autumn/Winter 26 drop, then.
Founded in Southern California, Brixton has a rep for reimagining those nostalgic workwear pieces like mechanic’s shirts and throw-on work pants, but giving them modern functionality (read: comfy and won’t fall apart). Fabrics are durable, cuts are flattering, but the vibes are never off. Comfort and style actually can go hand-in-hand, getting you through everything from skate sessions to festivals
The new Autumn/Winter ’26 collection is all about seasonal dressing, and as we all know, the transitional seasons are the hardest to nail, both style and comfort-wise. One minute you’re down at the pub for a sunny Sunday sesh, the next it’s 5pm and getting a little Arctic. Wish you’d brought a jacket, right? Specifically, the Lightweight Garage Jacket, crafted from 100 per cent cotton and structured enough to have you feeling pulled together, but light enough to throw in your bag or tie at your hips. This is definitely the layer you’ll have by the door/thrown in the back of your car all season. It’s the ultimate practical-meets-aesthetic wardrobe essential.

The whole Autumn/Winter ‘26 collection is about layering, really, and mastering the hot-cold-hot-cold dip into winter. It’s a stellar lineup of chuck-it-on outerwear, summery tanks, slouchy shirts and tees, and those kinds of pants that somehow manage to feel cool on sunny days and warm enough when it’s nippy. Throw a tank under an open shirt, add a jacket as needed, too easy. You’ll be the mate who isn’t freezing their nips off, which you should absolutely gloat about, by the way.
Drawing inspo from Portuguese and Spanish art, the range is packed with stunning, vibrant colours, textiles that last but look like they’ve been naturally worn-in by a really cool person back in the ‘70s, and unique prints that’ll give your everyday basics a real glow up. We’re particular fans of the hand-drawn motifs throughout the collection, like the gorgeous florals on the Chloe 5-Pocket Pant, for example. It’s the kind of piece you’ll really value in your wardrobe, working just as well with a white baby tee as it would with a vintage-vibe blouse for work (vintage belt pretty much mandatory).

You’ll find no shortage of vintage-inspired staples, naturally, given they’re a Brixton signature. This Boxy Baseball Tee is pure 1950s Americana, with a relaxed fit that feels naturally worn-in from first wear.

The heritage flannels are another standout for us. The Bowery Arctic Stretch Fleece, in particular, looks like something you might’ve uncovered at a locals-only LA flea market, sold by some ageing cowboy who chews tobacco or something. Except, you know, this version is built to last and has some stretch to it, so it won’t shrink or fall apart after a few spins in the wash.

What we love most about the Autumn/Winter 26 collection is that it’s not a bunch of fast-fashion impulse buys. Brixton has always been about investment pieces made to stick around for future seasons, stuff that can handle your chaotic life. They’re in the business of timeless style, not instant gratification with an icky feeling after you make a purchase. The Autumn/Winter ’26 collection is available now online and at select retailers globally. Consider this your sign to start prepping for the cooler months ahead and build that layer-friendly wardrobe, before your faves inevitably sell out.
