Brits typically make up to 122 decisions every day, from what time to go to bed to whether or not to exercise – but 87% admit they often end up changing their mind.
The top difficult decisions Brits face on a daily basis include what TV show or film to watch (37%), what to have to eat (37%), and what to wear (29%), according to a poll of 2,000 adults.
As many as three hours a day are spent making these choices – only for the average adult to change their mind twice on each decision, with one in ten (11%) doing so five or more times.
