Brits wishing for a new set of teeth or a fresh barnet have been urged not to travel to Turkey after 22 tourists died in the country following medical treatment.
The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office has updated its guidance for the country and stated that 22 Brits have died since January 2019 as a result of “medical tourism” visits.
Turkey is famed for cheaper treatments than the UK, particularly for hair transplants and new sets of teeth.
