Britney Spears was reportedly one of the famous faces who viewed Drake ’s £16.9 million luxury resort in California.
The Toxic hitmaker, who is worth around £46 million, was spotted at the property in the exclusive area of Hidden Hills - which is also home to Kim Kardashian - along with her fiancé Sam Asghari.
According to TMZ, the 40-year-old was part of a group of 20-30 potential buyers who were shown around the sprawling compound this week.
The Hotline Bling rapper has put his three mansions - dubbed the Yolo Estate - up for sale, with a combined asking price of £16.9 million.
The English Tudor-inspired main house has an asking price of £11.2 million, and features a private movie theatre, recording studio, and basketball and tennis courts.
It also includes a wine cellar, a spa with marble bathtubs, and a horse stable with an equestrian wing.
And the huge swimming pool comes complete with a swim-up bar, 80-foot long waterslide, grotto and waterfalls.
Witnesses on the property told TMZ that Britney was interested in all three of Drake’s properties on the estate, which make up a 6.7 acre compound at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Britney and Sam were part of one viewing group at Drake’s former home, as well as Caitlyn Jenner, who was also spotted viewing the exclusive estate on Tuesday.
There are already a handful of serious buyers ready to make serious offers on the properties, and Drake has also offered up the main mansion for sale separately to encourage more interest.
The estate also features a full-size sand volleyball court, plus a mechanical bull for those who are after a little more excitement.
Britney currently resides in a £5.6 million five bedroom Italian-inspired mansion in the White Stallion Estates in California, and sits on a massive 21 acres of land.
The villa is nestled behind two private gates, and boasts valley and mountain views, as well as a game room, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, and a separate pool house.
