Britney Spears was far from impressed after a personal trainer told her she should get her "younger body" back.
The pop icon, 41, showcased herself seductively dancing outside of her home in a new Instagram video.
The Baby One More Time singer was full of smiles as she twirled for the camera in a pale yellow crop top and tight khaki shorts.
But she revealed a personal trainer recently criticised her appearance and rudely grabbed her stomach as she told her to tone up.
In the caption for the upload, Brit explained how she was recently contemplated hiring a trainer to help her keep fit, but was quickly put off by a comment made towards her.
She wrote: "I took the time 2 months ago to find a trainer. And the first thing she did to me was literally … and I’m not even lying … pinch the skin on my stomach and legs and told me I need to get my younger body back."
She questioned why the trainer thought the was necessary and admitted the interaction had left her in tears.
"I obviously didn’t hire her so I did it myself!!!" she continued. "I work out for 45 min, 3x a week, that’s it!!!
"I hate working out for too long. I’m sharing this because I have worked hard to get in shape, yet I don’t look like the pictures that the paps take!!!"
She added she knows her "body ain't perfect" but felt the need to share the post following recent snaps she felt weren't flattering.
The video upload showed Brit wearing her wedding ring throughout despite recent speculation she and hubby Sam Asghari are going through a difficult spell.
The duo tied the knot in June last year, but in recent months rumours have been rife that they could be about to split.
Despite the pair both being photographed on a number of occasions without her wedding band, actor Sam, 29, hit out earlier this month at the suggestions there was trouble in paradise.
In an Instagram post, he posed in a gym while clutching a bench bar with his ring clearly in view for the camera. A follow-up image showed him raising just his wedding finger as his ring shone in the daylight.
He also released a message via Brandon Cohen, Sam’s representative from BAC Talent, who told Entertainment Tonight: "Sam is not having marital issues. He simply took off his ring because he is filming a movie."
