Britney Spears has appeared to take a swipe at ex partner Justin Timberlake in an Instagram post on Monday night.
The pop sensation, 40, dated the former N Sync front man, 41, at the start of their respective careers.
But after a rather explosive split, the pair went their separate ways. While Britney has previously touched upon their relationship and Justin has issued an apology for his behaviour, the songstress's latest post seemingly shows she's still far from happy with her ex.
Britney uploaded a video of her dancing to Dusty Springfield's Son Of A Preacher Man in a new polka-dot outfit and explained how she received a "calling" from Jesus regarding those who had previously betrayed her.
In the since-deleted caption, the star wrote how she was told: "Dear child … your mom had a serving with her book at the exact time when you needed her most …all for WHAT ??? FAME and ATTENTION!!!!"
The nod seemed to be towards her mum's 2008 memoir titled Through the Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World.
The book was published a year after Britney dealt with a public breakdown.
She went on to appear to take aim at the Cry Me A River singer as she condemned his actions after their highly publicised split in 2002.
She continued: "Your ex did the same thing … he served with his first album using your name claiming you did him dirty!!!!"
The pair were together for three years and were first seen as the new darlings of music. However, their break-up came about after it was reported that Britney had cheated on Justin.
While Justin saw his career go from strength to strength as he seemingly used his heartbreak in his songs, Britney was slammed for her part in their split.
Britney's sister Jamie Lynn was next in line in the post as Britney reflected on how she had felt betrayed by her younger sibling.
The duo have had an on-going feud ever since the Toxic singer was freed from her conservatorship last year.
It appeared as though Britney had had a change of heart though shortly after uploading her post as she removed the lengthy caption and replaced it with three red rose emojis.
Last week she hit out at her dad's behaviour again as she criticised him for making her feel fat during old photoshoots.
She also admitted that at one stage she pondered getting a boob job but was left waiting by the doctor and never returned for a follow-up appointment.
