A British woman has died after plunging from the eighth floor of a hotel in the Majorcan capital of Palma.
The 48-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the alarm was raised around 8am this morning.
The hotel where she fell has been named as the four-star Hotel Melia Palma Marina.
