British teatime favourite Marmite could soon be up for sale

One of Britain’s best known and most distinctive food brands Marmite could soon be up for sale.

Its current owner, the Anglo-Dutch consumer good multi-national Unilever is reportedly considering selling off its food division, which also includes household staples such as Bovril, Knorr, Coleman’s mustard, Hellmann’s mayonnaise and Horlicks.
