Charlotte Kirk is said to be in talks to become the latest Bond Girl, following in the footsteps of the likes of Halle Berry and Gemma Arterton.
The British-born star who is currently filming her latest movie, Compulsion, had been in Los Angeles and was seen at the studios responsible for filming the fictional drama created by Ian Fleming.
Charlotte, 30, who is known for appearing in Oceans 8 alongside Sanda Bullock is said to have been in talks with bosses, as well as filming a screening test.
The Mirror can reveal that Charlotte is eyeing up the possibility of taking on the new role shortly after filming wraps for her upcoming movie.
Currently, Aaron Taylor-Johnson is tipped to replace Daniel Craig and bookies have him at 5/4, although Taylor-Johnson is yet to comment on the speculation.
The likes of Birkenhead-born Taron Edgerton, Rege-Jean Page and James Norton have also been thrown into the mix.
A spokesperson for the actress told the Mirror: "I can confirm that Charlotte would certainly accept a role in Bond.
"With Charlotte's award-winning roles, infamous curves and sliver screen good looks it is natural she would position as a favourite for Bond. Charlotte is currently the number one action female on the movie scene - her latest film The Lair made it to Number One in the US Box Office for action fiction thriller."
Despite currently being on set for Compulsion, where she is starring alongside Netflix star Anna-Maria Sieklucka and working with Game Of Thrones director, Neil Marshall, she's been extremely busy.
Speaking previously about the film to MailOnline, Charlotte said: "Compulsion is my fourth feature film collaboration with Neil, we work well together and make great movies winning countless awards.
"The Reckoning was critically-acclaimed and Duchess, a gritty gangster movie, is now in post-production and will be hitting the cinema screens later this year."
Charlotte recently returned to live in the UK, having spent over a decade living in Los Angeles and admits that she had missed her UK life.
"It's a very different mentality there," she previously told the Mirror, before adding: "I think what I've learned from being in the States it's in terms of the film business, it's very commercial, here, it's very artsy but for me, I really adopted the American mentality of money, what's commercial and all that kind of stuff."
The actress also took on the role of Nicole Brown Simpson in the unreleased 2018 movie, Nicole & OJ explaining: "It was huge, it was one of my first leading roles and I was in the whole development process of the writing and research.
"I was going to meet OJ Simpson and talk to him it was very surreal, the film isn't out yet but it was quite an experience."
Reflecting on OJ, she said: "He actually wanted to be in the movie and narrate it, the movie is pretty out there, it's whacky.
"Hopefully one day I will meet him, I feel like I know him quite well now."
