British Soap Awards 2023 winners list in FULL as Coronation Street wins big

Soap stars are well and truly celebrating their achievements after the British Soap Awards which were held at The Lowry Theatre in Salford.

This year, singer and presenter Jane McDonald took to the stage to front the annual event, which is usually presented by Phillip Schofield, who recently stepped down from all ITV roles.

Over the past year, viewers have been glued to their screens as they followed the lives of their favourite characters, as well as painfully waved goodbye to some.

This year, Dot Branning left EastEnders following June Brown's death, while Ryan Prescott became the victim of an acid attack on Coronation Street.
