British father avoids jail for causing son’s death in Cyprus hotel fall

A British father has avoided a prison sentence for causing the death of his toddler son, who fell from a window in Cyprus.

Joshua Foster appeared at Paphos District Court on Friday for sentencing, where he was fined €3,000 (£2,500).
