British comedian issues apology to fans after hospitalisation forces him to postpone tour

Ross Noble has been forced to postpone several upcoming shows after being hospitalised with a kidney infection, the comedian announced on Monday.

The 48-year-old British stand-up star, currently touring in Australia, shared the update with his Instagram followers alongside a photo from his hospital bed.
