Britain's Got Talent viewers were left fuming after a fan favourite ended up exiting the show first, as the live semi-finals began on Monday evening.
Fans of the ITV talent series slammed the decision to send act, The Witches, home first, as they flocked to social media to share their thoughts, as reported by the Mirror.
After the two-hour long show aired, acts Maxwell Thorpe and Jamie Leahey progressed to the grande final on Sunday, airing at 8pm on ITV.

One Twitter user posted on their page about The Witches exit from the show, writing: "NAH. This voting is all wrong. How the **** have some of these acts gone home over the acts in the Top 3?"
Another said: "No! I liked The Witches, despite being ruined by the judges stupid jokes."
And a third fan wrote: "BGT is sooo fixed."
Another added: "Bring Back The Witches!"
However, some fans were still there to praise the two contestants who made it to the final, with one Twitter user writing: "Well done to Maxwell Thorpe for getting through to the final.
"One of the best singing talents BGT has seen in years. I'd love to see him win."
And another said: "Well done Jamie- through to the final!"
Britain's Got Talent resumes tonight on ITV at 8pm, with the second live semi-final of the week.
