Britain's Got Talent take fans behind-the-scenes after acts wow judges

Britain's Got Talent took fans backstage to see what this weekend's acts got up to after coming off stage.

Following Saturday's show-stopping performances, the stars put on another performance for the cameras.

Judges Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and David Walliams were left dazzled - and a little confused - by what they were watching this weekend.

There was Golden Buzzer controversy too after Japanese magician Keiichi Iwasaki's impressive illusion act.

Keiichi won over all four members of the panel and Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, who gave him a fast pass to the next stage of the competition.

However, after the episode aired, many viewers on social media took issue with the fact that BGT marks Keiichi’s fifth time appearing after being on the franchise in other countries.

He wasn't included in the show's Instagram photo dump as fans had their say on their favourites.

They captioned the post: "They gave us a ROLLERCOASTER of emotions! Now, let's see what our acts got up to backstage."

Singing act The Dots were seen smiling as they bid to win a place on stage at the Royal Variety Performance.

Nine-year-old Immi Davis also appeared - as did American strongman JD Anderson.

The Dots left Simon Cowell baffled as they explain that they'd had to replace one of their members at the last-minute over 'creative differences.'

They told the judges that one of the original Dots walked out. "They were a bit difficult shall we say," they explained when pressed on the fall-out.

Simon sat open-mouthed and tried to work out what was going on as the boogie woogie-style close-harmony singers performed.

They forgot their steps and squabbled as things turned totally chaotic.

Despite that, they built up a bit of a fan base and one fan wrote on the upload: "Loved the Dots, they were very funny, a well delivered set."

But another said: " NHS were by far the best act of the night Though thoroughly enjoyed the magician from Japan he was brilliant and not forgetting the little girl who did the animal sounds she was also fantastic my children loved her. My top 3 acts of Saturday night. The dots were good too, entertaining."

Britain's Got Talent returns on Saturday at 8pm on ITV and ITV Hub.
