Britain's Got Talent's final takes pace on Sunday night and among the acts competing are three Golden Buzzer acts from this year.
While not a thing back in the days when the likes of Paul Potts, Susan Boyle and Diversity shot to fame on the ITV show, Golden Buzzers have been an unpredictable part of BGT for years now, with each judge and presenters Ant and Dec having the chance to put through an audition act straight through to the semis.
While Golden Buzzer acts get a huge advantage by earning a guaranteed spot in the live rounds, there has so far only been one of them who's gone onto win the whole thing and that's Jon Courtenay, who is still BGT's reigning champion, having won the delayed final in 2020.

Jon was Ant and Dec's Golden Buzzer picks that year, but unfortunately Geordie hosts' winning streak is already over as their pick for this year failed to make the final.
Britain's Got Talent Golden Buzzer acts
Loren Allred
There was plenty of controversy when singer Loren, the voice of Greatest Showman anthem Never Enough was chosen by Amanda Holden at the end of the very first show of BGT 2022. While she and her fellow judges claimed to not know who she was, many viewers specu7lated that, given they were talking about the film just moments earlier, they must have.
Loren even sang Never Enough in her audition for BGT and, as well as featuring on the Greatest Showman soundtrack, with her voice being mimed to by actress Rebecca Ferguson on screen, Loren has also worked with music megastars like Michael Buble and Andrea Bocelli.
Axel Blake
Just a day after Amanda chose Loren as her Golden Buzzer act for this year, there was also some backlash to Simon Cowell picking comedian Axel. xel's gags included everything from his fiancée having a baby during the coronavirus pandemic to get excited about using contactless bank cards.
His jokes had all four Britain's Got Talent judges on their feet and, having hard the audience chant 'press the gold, press the gold,' Simon told Axel: "I know it's a bit of a cliché but, after everything everybody's been through the last few years, we needed this show back on air, we needed acts like you. Simon then joked about what he would like from a house, adding: "I want 25% off and you get this," before hitting the Golden Buzzer.
However, some viewers weren't too happy at finding out that Axel already had his own TV show on Amazon Prime.
Born To Perform
David Walliams was the third star to hit his Golden Buzzer this year, with him opting to send dance act Born to Perform through. after they auditioned to You Can't Stop The Beat from Hairspray.
According to their Twitter bio, Born to Perform are an inclusive, accessible and current dance school and support service for children and adults with SEN and disabilities.' While, prior to their audition airing they had less than 10 followers, the number looks set to soar after millions of viewers have seen them in action
Keiichi Iwasaki
Magician Keeichi is Ant and Dec's chosen one for this year. The audience at the auditions were clearly bowled over by him, and, as many of them rose to their feet, Ant remarked: "He is brilliant," with Dec replying: "I love it."
And then came the big moment when, after the judges gave their comments, the lads stormed the stage to hit the buzzer and send gold confetti raining down on a stunned Keiichi, before running up to shake his hand and congratulate him.
Flintz and Taylor
The musical duo have quite possibly the most interesting back story of all this year's contestants, after they made the surprising admission on stage that they'd never met in person before their audition, having struck up a friendship online and done Instagram lives together during lockdown.
Before hitting the golden buzzer, Alesha added: "Nothing makes me more happy than seeing young musicians. You had something to say Flintz, we've had no one on the show like you before which is brilliant. And they say in life, 'Save the best till last!'"
