Brit mum jailed for Thai cannabis smuggle after posting on Facebook about 'cut grass'

A 45-year-old British mum who smuggled £500,000 of cannabis into Heathrow Airport in her luggage has been jailed for 25 months amid a warning that more and more Brits are being recruited to smuggle drugs.

Amy Jayne Durban, of Hemyock, Cullompton, Devon, admitted smuggling 51.2kg of cannabis from Thailand on a flight to the United Kingdom, following a National Crime Agency investigation.
