It's been a wet and blustery month for Bristol, but good news follows as it is expected to be warm and dry come the Easter weekend. It has also been predicted the weather will continue to improve from then on in as children are off school for the Easter holidays.
British Weather Services' senior meteorological consultant, Jim Dale, said there would be a northerly wind heading to the UK in the lead-up to Easter, which will then hopefully settle down. He also believes we can expect to see a real improvement to the weather on Easter Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday with temperatures reaching 20C.
Jim spoke with The Mirror and gave his expert opinion on what he thinks the weather will be in the next two weeks. He said: "We went through February and it was dry and predominantly mild. When I say it was dry, it was exceptionally dry in the southeast, so we had to make that up.
