Heavy rain is set to batter Bristol during the early hours of tomorrow (June 20) as wet and stormy conditions hit South West England. Radar images from the Met Office a huge band of rain approaching the city from the south coast as rain sweeps in.
According to the weather forecast in the city, Bristol will be hit by rain between the hours of 2am and 11am tomorrow. This ranges from light showers to heavy rain at various points during that period, with an 80 per cent chance of precipitation forecast.
Temperatures will remain relatively mild during the early hours with peaks of 17C predicted. During the afternoon, conditions in the city are set to be sunnier but cloudy, with temperatures reaching highs of 23C.

Weather maps show that other areas of the South West will continue to be battered by stormy conditions throughout the day. Images for Somerset show heavy rain is forecast in areas including Taunton at around 4.30pm tomorrow.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday: A mixture of sunny spells and scattered heavy showers on Wednesday. Drier on Thursday with some sunshine before turning cloudier on Friday. Winds generally light and feeling warm.
